CANCELLATIONS Any jobs cancelled after order has been placed will be billed for work done up to that point. The minimum cancellation charge is $25. Jobs will be automatically cancelled if you fail to respond to Status Checks sent to you via fax.

Minimum charge of $25 on all business cards, postcards, rack cards and 8.5" x 11" flyers. No charge on brochures and die cut folders.

Editing of files supplied by clients on disk or via FTP or email will incur additional charges.
