CANCELLATIONS Any jobs cancelled after order has been placed will be billed for work done up to that point. The minimum cancellation charge is $25. Jobs will be automatically cancelled if you fail to respond to Status Checks sent to you via fax.
Typesetting $25 min
Minimum charge of $25 on all business cards, postcards, rack cards and 8.5" x 11" flyers. No charge on brochures and die cut folders.
Color Scans $30 each
Oversized Originals - For originals that are too large or unable to be wrapped on the scanner drum, an additional charge of $35 will apply.
Touching Up Images $25 min
Photo retouching of images, site plans, floor plans, logos, etc. will be billed on an hourly basis.
Art Work $25 min
Drawing of maps or retrevial of maps from internet sites will be billed on an hourly basis.
Fix Digital Files $25 min
Editing of files supplied by clients on disk or via FTP or email will incur additional charges.
